Enumerator (Surveyor)

▸ About the Role

Sameeksha Analytics & Insights is seeking dedicated Enumerators (Surveyors) to conduct field surveys, collect primary data, and assist in market research and opinion polling operations across assigned areas. This is a ground-level, people-facing role that is critical to the quality and accuracy of our research output.

▸ Key Responsibilities

  • ✓ Conduct door-to-door, telephonic, or street-intercept surveys as per project guidelines
  • ✓ Collect accurate data from respondents using structured questionnaires (paper or app-based)
  • ✓ Maintain daily data submission targets and ensure data quality standards
  • ✓ Coordinate with team supervisors on field schedules and daily progress reports
  • ✓ Participate in exit poll operations during election events as required
  • ✓ Maintain confidentiality of respondent information at all times

▸ Requirements

EDUCATION
Minimum 10th pass; Graduate preferred
LANGUAGE
Local language fluency; Hindi/English a plus
EXPERIENCE
Freshers welcome; prior survey exp. preferred
SKILLS
Good communication, smartphone literacy
MOBILITY
Willingness to travel within assigned area
AGE
18–40 years preferred
